Just like the title says, is there a way to find all of the instances below a certain room height and destroy all of them?

No, thats not it. That will just remove them when you close the room editor.

if(y > destroyBelowHere)
instance_destroy();
}Where destroyBelowHere is the height that you want them destroyed below

Oh ya Flying Penguin's right. I thought you meant for example: if you accidentally placed one outside room.

You can just delete those like an object you accidentally placed in a room too...
