hi again

now i wanted to change the shape of my window

i already checked "dont draw a border in windowed mode" but no matter what i do, the game keeps being a rectangle

if i uncheck the "draw a background color" it draws black, how do i make that color transparent

I'm afraid that you can't do that in Game Maker. Windows are always rectangular or square in GMK. Posted Image If you want your loading graphic to not be a square, however, you could just make it transparent in certain areas.

In the global game settings under the loading tab, check the option make loading image transparent and leave the alpha value at 255. Your game will take the bottom left pixel of your loading image and make all of the pixels of that color transparent.
