I have been working on a game maker for the windows command line. here is the latest version:download
screenshot:

it exports as .bat

to do: fix questions bug
add advanced mode

so Basically Is this just an IDE for Making Batch programs or does it allow you to use like drag and drop interface and export it to batch code (Because a drag and drop interface would be really cool and have it export to batch code that way Batch could possibly become a Viable platform for video games :D)
Also I have very extensive knowledge of batch scripting and I can even post a source of my work

EDIT: I had a go with your program and Im pretty sure batch files do not support the use of blocks
