I shoulden't help you since it's not GM related but what the hell...
1. Setup the computer to record from what the computer hear.
2. Download Audacity.
3. Download Lame (mp3 dll for Audacity)
4. Play your text with Microsoft Sam or what ever voice you like to use and record it with Audacity.
5. Save it as a mp3 file and you're done!
If this is not enought, then good luck with finding another option...
