Hello,

Originally we only had a topic about this game on the dutch Game Maker forum, but let's make this international. We (Wired Games) would like to present Water Galaxy.

Now before you read this topic and go all crazy about it: This is a commercial game created with Game Maker. I know not many have done it, but we feel Water Galaxy is way, way more than your average Game Maker game.

Water Galaxy is a 2D gravity based puzzle game.
The Saphira people are in need of water, and all galaxies are running out. It is your task to use gravity fields to guide water from other planets to the Mothership., which transports the water back to the Saphira. Throughout the galaxies you encounter wormholes, poisonous gas clouds, mysterious force fields and many more challenges.

This looks interesting, I would definetely like to play this, but have a game like this been made before? I remember that I have seen something similar some time ago, but I am not sure if it was this exact game.
Also, I am interested in discussing sales and such. My team is making a game that also feels special, and it could probably also be sold when finished.

@YellowAfterLife Thank you We will be updating the wired-games.net with some more information today/tomorrow. I changed the youtube link, appearantly this forum is much more advanced than the dutch forum

@NicroGames: Selling games is really part of the fun for me, not because of the money but it's just an intresting experience (I have sold a few iPhone apps before this). I think I can give you some sales numbers when they are in, I don't really mind sharing them.

I can imagine that...
The people on these forums know it's made with GameMaker, and that's probably the reason why almost nobody wants this, even when it's free.

Looks trés cool, my friend. Genius concept. All I can say is Kudos.

This is an excellent game!
There is tons of levels, a level editor and you can even download user created levels, so this game is not a game that will get boring in the first few minutes. The concept is also nice, and everyone just love physic games, right?
Some of the graphics are not fitting too well, though, but overall it's a great game.
