Gruntpie: My name is Epicfish, as in one word...
And I don't see why not. But my website (http://efmusic.99k.org) is no longer in use, so put a link to my blog (http://epicfishgm.blogspot.com) instead.

11clock: I watched the video, your game looks really cool
Oh, and I finished your last request:
Ambush

Sorry about your name mess up but if you want to see what my progress is and what I have used your music for so far then you can either go here: http://www.minecraft...galactic-slime/ or here http://gmc.yoyogames...howtopic=532481 . They are they same exact thing just on two different sites. Minecraft Forums and Gamemaker Forums. :P .

(P.S. Save The Spoon is a very smooth nice game! I like it!)

Haha thanks! I will edit this post when I have seen you game :)

EDIT: Finally played your game. A bit slow-moving in the intro, and the game is a little glitchy especially when you die, but overall it's pretty good :)

Since you seem to be rather busy with requests, instead of my usual three requests, I'll drop one this time.

Mood: Calming
Length: 1:30
Speed: Slow
Looped: Yes
Description of game style: Retro-Styled Treasure Hunt Adventure
Preferred format: mp3
This music is for flat grasslands.

Mood: A mix of Nihilism and Nightmare.
Length: 2:00
Speed: Slow and Fast depending on the climax of the musical segment.
Looped: No
Description of game style: A Game comprising of a player stranded in a robot planet where there are robot bounty hunters after him. Deserted and Godforsaken environment where the player would feel disserted, empty and experience an abandoned and psychologically dispair situation.
Preferred format: mp3

I need essentially a remix of this song:

Industrial meltdown

The remix would be essentially the same song, just designed more "harcore" and maybe emotional. Its going to be a boss theme for an ancient legendary Robot Manhunter.

Hey everyone! I'm still working on your music, but I thought I'd just let you know that I've had my name changed, so to reduce confusion for all new visitors to this topic:

My name used to be Epicfish. That is why everybody's saying Epicfish instead of icymx, which is my new username.

Credit:
As you might expect, this new username will cause some problems in terms of who to give credit to. I'm going to keep this simple - credit goes to icymx for any songs received as of now, and for any songs received prior to now you may use either icymx or Epicfish.

Yep, so 16bit instruments :)
Basically what I meant, is these two options:

Option 1: 16 bit instruments
I use a plugin such as Peach, Pippo or Tapeworm to generate instruments reminiscent of the old-school games. This method works best.

Option 2: 16bit quality
I make the song as I normally would, with flutes and other realistic instruments, but when I save it I set the quality option to 16bit. This will generate a real 16bit song, but the quality will be horrible. Not recommended :/

---

Okay, so I finished. I saved the song as an mp3 because the wav equivalent was unreasonably massive. If you really want a wav you can convert it.
