Ok that's fine. If you read the first post it says you can request 3 songs per week :D

But I have to finish T Rex's requests first. Anyway, I'm closing on weekdays from now on because I have a lot of school work to do

But it's the weekend so that's ok :)
Oh and if you like my music be sure to check out my blog!

EDIT: T Rex: Your first song is complete. Dramatic Pause

You know epicfish, I must commend for making the first song cyber-terror based, even though I never revealed the fact that the monster in that video was a machine underneath. Your music is awesome but more in the line of a dark toned terrifying killer robot theme then the chaotic and merciless jazz music I had in mind. Its still pretty good and I like it for how it represents the monster's real nature underneath his fake skin. However, I'am hoping that the second one would sound more like the "island" flick like music that was played in the movie clip. I do indeed want it to have its violent, dramatic and malevolent tuning but just done sounding Bouncy, jazzy and zany in its final composing.

Okay. I'm glad you like it but I had no intention to make it robot-like, nor did I have any idea the monster in the video was actually a robot. I will try to make the next song more jazzy if that is what you want.

I'm making an Indiana Jones inspired metroidvania (adventure platformer that involves backtracking and collecting upgrades) with a deep storyline. It's about a treasure hunter who is hired by a secret organization, Organization of Supernatural Artifacts, to locate the first Holy Bible that was ever completed. It's planned to be a lengthy game with a deep storyline (with jokes here and there), and if long enough it might go commercial. Most of the game takes place in a desert.

Mood: Mysterious
Length: 1:30
Speed: Slow-Medium
Looped: Yes
Description of game style: Retro-Styled Treasure Hunt Adventure
Preferred format: mp3
This is for the main desert area and town, where you start. Most of Chapter I takes place here.

Mood: Adventurous
Length: 1:30
Speed: Medium
Looped: Yes
Description of game style: Retro-Styled Treasure Hunt Adventure
Preferred format: mp3
This is for cave areas.

Mood: Intense
Length: 1:00
Speed: Fast
Looped: Yes
Description of game style: Retro-Styled Treasure Hunt Adventure
Preferred format: mp3
This is for bosses that are neutral, mostly wild creatures and guardians. Most bosses have this theme.

Woah, I've got a lot of work to do :o
Here is a list of priorities:

1. Tyrannosaurus Rex
2. Ventwig
3. 11clock
4. 11clock
5. 11clock
6. time-killer

I'm not sure if I will be able to complete all these today (Sunday) so I might have to delay some of them to next week

I hope that's alright.

Holy cr** I have a lot of work to do...

Anybody who requests from now on until I have less music to work on, will be ignored sorry

Also, I most likely will have to delay a lot of these to next week or maybe even the one after. *____*

EDIT: DiamondPhoenix:
I will still do yours but no more until I finish the eight requests I've got to do, okay? ^_^

DOUBLE EDIT: DiamondPhoenix: Your second song is going to be massive (filesize) if I do it in wav, are you sure you don't want an mp3 or ogg instead?

No your good. Take your time. I mean after all there's not many people who are nice enough to do this kind of thing. :) also I'm pretty sure you should be getting paid. What would you think would be a good price per sound file of a given length? That would slow down the request load and I'll be more than happy to pay. PayPal or whatever suits you that I can do.

Epic, since you recently did one for me, I don't mind, and you can put mine at the bottom of the priorities

1. Tyrannosaurus Rex
2. 11clock
3. 11clock
4. 11clock
5. time-killer
6. DiamondPhoenix
7. DiamondPoenix
8. Ventwig

But I finished yours already :)
Well I actually recycled it from this but it never got used.

So anyway,
T Rex: Bash That Monster!

Ventwig: Evil and Friends

Onto 11clock's music now

Time-killer: I'm touched ^_^
I'm glad you like my music and it's wonderful that you would like to pay, but I can't accept your offer as I do this for the fun of it. Sometime I might decide to set up a payment system but for now I'm just doing this to get better and to make people happy that they got free music :)

Matches the stage, too!

Also, would you mind if I use the music you posted on this topic for my other stages?
I'll just scout through the five pages and pick out anything if that's fine with you

Yeah sure, you can do that because my music is royalty free but be warned my early music isn't very good...

EDIT: 11clock:
Ghost Town
Mysterious Myths
Punch

DOUBLE EDIT: Time-Killer: Dark of the Devil

DiamondPhoenix: Rolling Bob's Mega Menu

I'm having trouble doing your second song as 3+ minutes of 8-bit beeps is hard to make... Would you mind if I added a couple of non-8-bit instruments as well to spice things up a bit?

Time Killer:
Thanks for your reply.

Everyone: I was just looking at the first page and I realised how far I've come. It used to take me a whole week just to complete one song, but look at me now - I just made 7 songs in one day!

I have also discovered that I can in fact do midi - a feature of my software I never noticed until now. On top of that I have found out how to drastically reduce filesize without loss of quality, and how to create my own instruments.

My point being, I have improved soooo much in the last 3 months or so. After all, have a listen to the first song I ever composed, which was not even half a year ago, and then listen to some recent music, for example this.

I hope this didn't sound too boast-y ^_^

Sure!

The music is pretty good, but i think it will fit better in the tutorials/help.

Thanks!

DiamondPhoenix: Ok then I should be able to do it by next week depending on how much other stuff I've got to do >_<
I also did a piano version of Rolling Bob's Mega Menu which includes more notes as 3xosc (the beep instrument), doesn't play multiples of the same note next to each other whereas the piano one does.
