Well, I reopened the project Wintah :)
It's going to be a TurnBasedStrategy using GM's native 3D support.

In its current state, it has not much to offer except for the basic mechanics. It took long enough to get it tied up.
I'm very interested in other systems performance-results when running this project. I appreciate every tester, especially the ones who would kindly write on what system they tested that game.
Thank you.

PLEASE READ THE README.TXT FILE WITHIN THE ZIP/GAME FOLDER FIRST, BEFORE RUNNING.

Low-end hardware can overheat easily
when running complex graphical-applications.

The autor of this software is not going to take any responsibilities for any
damage that may occur either physical or psychic nature. Use this software
at your own risk. However I ensure to you that the GML code isn't going to
connect to the internet.

USE AT OWN RISK.

THIS SOFTWARE CAN CAUSE EPILEPTIC SEIZURES AT ANY POINT WHILE
USING due strong graphical effects.

. External HD LCD
Displays can be damaged by letting the computer hardware switch thru display-
resolutions.

You are trying to scare people into not running your game, yes?

hehe, you wouldn't believe how many Disclaimers (in several Games) actually warn the end-user for possible problems which can occur under certain circumstances. The end user mostly just scrolls down and doesn't read any of it. :)

Really? People are actually afraid a GM game will over-perform the computer to death? -_-

Anyway, I tried it. It looks really nice; the orbiting camera adds a very nice touch to it. The graphics are pretty good for GM, but they need some animation...static characters sliding around looks awkward. Also, I don't know if this is intentional or if it was a perspective glitch, but at one point I made the girl attack the skeleton thing, and the girl looked tiny compared to the skeleton.

Other than that and the glaring silence, it was great. Keep at it!

lol @ post #6. I know the song, but i watched it anyways. I felt cherred up.

As for the game, very nice. I can see there isnt alot of structure to it, eg no winning or real ai (they just attack whoever attacked them. I guess thats ai >.< ), but so far it looks sweeeet. I dont like the orbiting camera personally; i think its kind of in the way myself...

Im assuming you will have some sort of free roam mode and then your turn based mode. so that you can do side quests and exploring and stuff? Or will it be a sequence of battles?

In response to the dude above me, I think he just had that second skeleton loaded twice as large.
