so, i was about to go to sleep, when i thought of something, what about a lib that would help people use the internet with there games apps, well two days later here it is.
here are all the features:
open site
splash site
search
draw ip
bookmark
download youtube
user download youtube
user search
save html file
facebook button
twitter button
test ip
draw mplay status
ban ip
begin connection
AND SO MANY MORE!!! ::lmao::

and the searching is not just limited to google, no you can use all of these search providers google|yoyo games|msn|yahoo|youtube|bing|dogpile

I think it's a good idea. I don't need it though so I'm not going to download it. But it opens doors to a website companion to your games. If your game had a map editor you could make a file share website where people could post their variants and download other peoples map variants. Did you have some hater-tots for lunch or something reflux entertainment?

Welllllllllll, speaking of map editors.... I'm having one heck of a time trying to make one. I can easily place objects in the room and such, but I can't figure out how to save or load map variants. I'm not super good with GML so I'm clueless when it comes to writing files and stuff like that. Think u could help me out? Also, you're welcome. He needed to be told. Hater-tots are more addicting than cigars and much worse for the people around you as well as you.

New features would be good. Like actual mplay D&D features. That would make it the ULTIMATE internet lib for sure.

This is a fairly nice idea, however some actions dont seem to function, and icons are messy.

Additionally... think 'download youtube video' action is useful for game-oriented library? Because I can't guess a use for that.

Nice! Drawing the mplay status Is very useful for multiplayer games. In version 3 you should make very precise mplay features like, saving x and y coordinates, movement for Platformers and TDS, connecting and disconnecting, being able to display available games and join them, stuff like that.

Pretty good, going to add tinyweb features and advanced search(google only), also added test ip and send self x and y

in other words I couldn't test what I made but I got it fixed, it seems a rootkit was messing with my graphic drivers.

I don't understand why, in front of this passion and free effort to expand a MISSING feature in Game Maker, somebody should respond "And you really think people will use this?". YES, DEFINATELY. Not only it's useful (because i don't use Game Maker just for games ideas and projects, but also for multimedia tools) but in "social times" you need to be on Facebook, Twitter and other portals to show your work.

Thank you for your effort and for your library. I will credit you with much pleasure.

awesome work! do you think you can make this for game maker studio? i moved to studio and its very hard to search for a good mplay lib or mplay examples for gm studio  :confused:

Mplay doesnt exist for gm studio and I have no idea how networking works in gm studio sorry but im not getting this on gm studio until I work it out, might go back to working on this though

Sorry but in some of the actions I checked the code and it doesn't even use the input values. I suggest that you don't use this!
