The free upgrade details are at the bottom of the page. And for softwrap you need to go here and fill in the details...

Hopefully those two links will solve your problems.

Already done that, it says the coupon code is not valid.

The FAQ says the keys may get disactivated on multiple activations.
I activated GM8 on my desktop AND on my laptop, but still I'd be surprised if they disactivated it
without sending a mail or something.
If I try and paste the Softwrap licence key directly inside GM, it says that it looks like a Softwrap key and I need to upgrade to GM8.1.
BTW the helpdesk sucks, I haven't received a reply after 23 hours.

I'll ask them if the key is still valid, but I think the problem is with YoYo website.I got in touch with softwrap to ask for more activations and they got back to me within the week. So give it a go too and see what happens...

VERY irritating. Contacted yoyogames and softwrap support teams.

I have version 8.0 but the software does not have any way to enter licence codes, upgrade etc.
Does anyone know how to upgrade from 8.0 to 8.1 when its is not possible to enter codes in to 8.0 or access any kind of registration dialogue box.
I can't believe that support tickets don't get answered in over a month, is this normal?
Thanks.

It has also been suggested that the link itself is to blame, so go here and try this one...

WHAT THE HELL! I told them the page I was visiting AND the error message, and they tell me to go look in the FAQ?!?
Do they even read their own FAQ?
Any issues such as invalid code messages, check our FAQ first. Make sure you have the right
version and if there is still an error, then contact us via the helpdesk.

When I clicked on the link for the FAQs page, I was directed to a "Page Not Found" stub. Ha ha ha, this is awful.
I'm having the same problem. GM 8.1 won't accept my purchase reference code; I get the same error message. I've wrote to support@softwrap.com about the problem, so hopefully I'll hear back from them soon. I miss my advanced drawing functions.
