What about compared to notepad? A blank text file of "Quickpad" takes 50 MBs of memory, and in notepad it takes 3 MBs.
Your tool has less features than notepad. Stop comparing it to Microsoft office.

I have 6 GBs of RAM, it's not as if 50 MBs is going to cripple me... It's just that it's incredibly stupid for a text editing tool to use so much, and just after he was talking about good his tool is on memory. Unless he meant "Hard drive space", in which case he has no idea what he's talking about.

Personaly i do not like txt files, they r 2 simple, if you want some thing implimented then post it here, i might try to do a mac version when i get the money

Just wanted to say thanks everyone for downloading, plus I will be hopefully adding support for extensions and some other stuff.
But please keep suggestions coming in or the last version won't be what you want it too be
