this is version 1 of my youtube downloader, it is simple just click download and paste the video id, use this thread to post what you think and what should be improved.

Um...no offense, but all this does is use execute_shell() to open up one of two URLs to other sites (saveyoutube.com and YouTube itself). It's not much of a program...

yeah, it is meant to be fast and lightweight
that is why i made it like that.

OK...but then what makes this better than just going to saveyoutube.com from Firefox/IE/Chrome/etc.?

this is only version 1 in version 2 i am going to make it much faster and i will also try to find a way to download it straight away instead of having to go all the way through the download page, i will also make it all happen in the program window(gettin pro soon so i can add updates)
