With the new patch, you no longer need to face the challenges of Wanderlust on your own; 3 NPC Companions now join you in your struggle to save the world!

In addition to the NPC Companions, we've upgraded the game to a larger 4x3 Aspect Ratio. This change added 448 additional pixels to the gameplay viewscreen, allowing for easier strategy and a greater appreciation for the immense detail in Jason's pixel artwork!

I can't load my profile. The game freezes and I get this really annoying noise, this is after downloading the new resources. Still happens after redownloading them and the Wanderlust exe itself.

In the game_errors thing I get this error about a thousand times in a row.
ERROR in
action number 1
of Key Press Event for <Enter> Key
for object obj_quitmenu:

File is not opened for reading.


And after a thousand of those I get one of these.
ERROR in

for object obj_quitmenu:

Trying to close unexisting text file.

This bug has been fixed for a while now. Thanks for reporting it!

PATCH 2.51 Released!

=================================
[PATCH 2.51]
+ [FIGHTER] "Berserker" now active at 100% HP only (was 30% or less)
+ [FIGHTER] "War Cry" now gives allies a 30% chance to dodge attacks from taunted enemies
+ [FIGHTER] "Riposte": Countering much easier when unlocked.
+ [FIGHTER] "Battle Tactics" skill added. Unlocked at start of character. Makes it so when an enemy is blocked 3 times, they are 'targeted' and will be hit for critical damage by the player. Player also auto-evades 'targeted' enemies but then the targeting will be removed.
+ Chapters can now be "Retried"
+ Resilient now factors Overheal when determining 40% of HP
+ Ranged enemies will no longer see through walls or Stealth
+ Made an adjustment to Chapter 7 boss tactics
+ Fixed various other bugs

We would also like to congratulate Watzels on being the first Wanderlust: Rebirth player to craft a Legendary Weapon! Watzels will be unstoppable!

Finally decided to buy it after seeing it on Desura. So far I've played up to chapter 3 or 4, I can't remember.
I came back to it and resumed from where I left off, to notice that my fellow NPC adventurers had abandoned me. I just kept dying after that and decided to try out another class instead.

Would be nice to find someone to play with but I can't help feeling like a complete noob. Not to mention there was only like 6 players on when I was on.

Few things I had problems with:
- Game starting in full screen mode every time
At first I tried F4 but it wasn't until I got into the game itself and checked the options that it was F12.

- Changing Characters
I had to completely restart the game to select a different character, found it a little awkward.

This is definitely worth the money!

Thanks for the kind words! You can select a new character without exiting by going into a game (single player or someones game, doesn't matter), and talk to Gregin and select Change Character.

The games aren't selling at the rate I thought they would. What sort of advertising methods do you guys employ? Have you considered opening a kickstarter to raise cash for the game?

Finally it's listed on Steam and only 3 hours until it unlocks.

I'm buying it again for the sake of Steam functionality. :)

It would cost them a whole bunch (Exporters, licenses, macs)

But it sure would be interesting!
