Hey guys, I've been working on this pixel animation program for quite some time. I've decided I needed a break from it, but I wanted to release something. The help file is not included at this time, the selection tool and the set time is currently disabled, I am having a few issues with those features. The overlay grid is also disabled, too slow, gotta find a work around. I'd appreciate if you would please post any bugs and or feedback in general. This is a very early release, I hope to get back on it in a few weeks. Thank you for your time! The most up to date information can be found on my blog. I apologize for the short description, gotta run :P

This is just a small and simple program, there are hard limits right now, and some features may be disabled!

Very good I must say. I really like how you could zoom, and the bucket fill was fast. Can you tell me how you did it? I need a bucket fill for my program (I'm using surfaces)

Does it use the registry at all? I'd love to have a program like this as a portable application.

Really nice little program :)
One thing I noticed... Is animation speed not available yet?

And one recommendation... Make the user able to resize screen, or just make it fullscreen (toggle on/off).

I really like the style and simplicity. I think I'm going to use this for small animations from now on :)

Ok real quick, Phoelich yes it doesn't work yet my friend, read first post please. Theophilus, no it doesn't use extensions, dlls, or the registry. Shadowrend, I use stacks and such to do the flood fill. I will one day release a tutorial of some sort, it's rather involved. Thanks for trying it out, I rushed this morning so I'm certain there will be issues, keep me posted :)

Pretty nice tool, I like the GUI, reminds me of Adobe After Effects CS4. I like the fact that you never used any external libraries or extensions.. However I would like an animated gif export function for other purposes outside of GM. Also, maybe add layers too, that would make this thing compete with most shareware editors. I myself am using GraphicsGale, perhaps the best out there, maybe because of one thing, the mouse left button is for pen, and the right click is for eyedropper tool.. that proves to be the most convenient control for me... so maybe add some option to set keys/mouse buttons to assign to tools.

One thing I don't like though is the animation preview, do I really have to hold that button just to see the playback of animation?

All in all, it seems your program is one comfortable editor to use. Just add some more settings for shortcut keys and stuff. But there's still a big room for improvement though.

Teej, I hear you. Exporting to other formats, specifically gif is ultimately planned, however I haven't looked much into it yet so I'm unsure of what that will entail. Layers would be cool, not planned but it's noted. You know I recently just heard of graphics gale and it looks sweet, I wouldn't have ever released this had I known that a bit earlier. I want to do customization of hot keys and such, just not sure when it'll come. As for the preview button, right now yes you have to hold it down. On my blog I posted of this uncertainty so keep in mind this is just a work in progress.

I very much appreciate you taking the time to really point stuff out and test the program. Nothing is concrete, I will take all the advice that I can get, and I will proceed from there.
