Here's the link on MediaFire.

Game: Don't Mind..
File type: 1.5 Mb zip file, contains the .exe in GM 8.1

It's essential an "archery game", like those Flash games that are popular these days. But instead of a bow and arrow, you have a syringe. Your targets are the brains marching towards you.

You pull back, aim and release the syringe. It sails just like an arrow and then sticks. If you hit a brain, there's blood and a squishy noise. Very cool. (But watch out for those people and their cat, just outside the room.)

This was... strange.
I quit at level 4, even while I was doing 'fine' with shooting things.
Please make your game a bit less insane next time.

If my posts contain broken links, try looking around my website. I gradually make blog posts for any examples I make.

You don't like sticking needles in brains? huh... :P

The sounds were an after thought, but they improve the experience. And yeah, the shooting is a bit hard at first, until you get the aim right.

Thanks for comments. :)

I have a couple suggestions, solely based on the screenshots;

Make the brains have depth so as that they would be drawn over the syringes, and make the syringe's mask the same as their sprite except a few pixels off the tip, so that when you shoot a brain, the syringe goes into it. :P

That's a good suggestion, thanks. I did that to some extent already, but the offset between the tip and mask needs to be bigger, so the needle sticks in further.
