Of interest is the more recent article where Philip claims that Create/Publish will be added back in.

You were always able to do that with ctrl+i. Only the key has changed.

ctrl+i was just too weird for me to ever use it, especially if you try to do ctrl+shift+i. I always right clicked and then went to the indent option.
