GM 8.0 was released 453 days ago, so if you have used all your 5 activations from softwrap... you're formatting PC every 3 months or so? Maybe you shouldn't use PC if you don't know how to treat it ? Even according licence you can use on three and reinstall after format on two devices (five uses on max 3 devices). I know guys that used all their activations in one day and they asked me why key stops to work, when they payed for it... better stop to watch porn, browsing torrents and installing 100 apps per hour, then your GM key will work as it should.

I've bought about 20 keys for guys from GMCLAN (since they don't have an option to pay in €) and if there was any problems, it was always because they made a format of disk, or installed some nasty applications in their systems which was for real worms & trojans.

Conversation about Softwrap will lead us to nowhere.

Uhm I've had times where I formatted my pc every other week (those at the shop where I bought it had to follow a script when I said my bios is broken and couldn't just accept that).

Your post was clearly made in complete ignorance because you probably never had a DRM issue with Game Maker.

I didn't use 5 activations. I don't watch porn or download a ton of torrents or install 100 apps per hour, that's not really possible on dial up anyway. I used 1 activation, and Game Maker 7.0 reverted to Lite after 5 days, and it would never let me do another activation after that. I contacted SoftWrap, they replied the first time saying "reactivations have been added to your account" or something like that, but it still wouldn't work. I contacted them after that saying it still doesn't work, and then they never replied.
