Hey All,
I've started making an MMORPG and now that I've been successful in linking 2 computers using 39DLL I am having a look at sending my own packets for information such as movement. I've been able to get the server to distinguish the difference between a +Y packet and a -Y packet [just a very simple test for unique identifiers] but am having trouble with the actual contents of the packet.
Can anybody please explain how I can properly write variables and strings to a packet, and then have the server properly interpret and use them? Thanks very much in advance!!
