Gear Window:
Head (hats,helms and so on)
Face (goggles,masks and so on)
Torso (shirts, plates, robes and so on)
Legs (pants,skirts and so on)
Feet (shoes, boots,sandals and so on )
Hands (gloves,bracelets and so on )
Back (capes, arrow quivers)
Primary (weapons)
Secondary (shields)
Overall (a uniform which takes the torso and legs availability)

Accessories:
Finger (you probably wont see the rings, then let say it just something for extra stats or something)
Ears (earrings and other ear stuff)
Neck (scarves, necklaces)

Fixed that in the way I think its better, what do you think?

um I am confused how exactly are you planing to do 3 different moving animations?
*walking (press once on the right or left arrow?)
*jugging (press twice on the right or left arrow?)
*sprinting (press ?????)

sorry i didnt notice this.

I actually like the finger idea. But ill change the name to digit. Keep everything how it was, but you can place them where ever you want on the equipment window.

EDIT: and Night:) the colors are fine =P it matches

not sure if im going to take that status bar (kinda small) +40 (ill use pieces of it), but regardless, you've done an amazing job Night:), however there are a few things im not sure i entirely like, but those i can edit myself. =P its not your fault, its primarily the color choices which dont fit in with the rest of the game and minor things here and there, but since you dont have the latest engine its kind of expected. A97, you do have a point, there will be a GUI update, but the sprites are still usuable.

also. there are only two types of ground movement for now (subject to change)

jogging (single tap of the arrow keys)
sprinting (double tap of the arrow keys)

No no no it not the statues bar it the HP,MP,EXP,level & class bar only Posted Image

How about you have a different cursor for each class? I've not seen any game that does that yet.

Warcraft has different cursors and ui for each race. close enough.

what you showed me now is the status window, the status bars (the ones that display the players current hp, mp, and exp is small =P (i should have mentioned it is now 800x600). Also, i really dont need the status window yet either as im still developing it.

the one with the anime background? i liked it too but i wanted to leave it empty for now =P (only because i felt its style would limit me graphically)

edit: also, sorry night:) but there were some graphical issues and i kinda scrapped your gui :(. Your credits will remain in tact primarily due to your involvement with the development of this game. Also, i will continue using your cursor.

I will post new screenies soon


ALSO, dont bother animating the body, im gonna spruce it up a bit

lol? anyway the engine is coming along nicely, adding inventory (harder than it looks)

Engine is coming along nicely, but now its time to work on the game concepts (more of thinking what the game will have) Solo project so i kinda need to do one part at a time
