Yeah, I would do it, but off course you aren't pointing at me.I bet I can make a better game in one day than you n00bs can make in your entire life. Here is the rules, as soon as you read this, leave a message, that'll state when you start, you then have 24 hours to make the best game, whoever has the best game at the end, wins.

I'd beat you fast...
Anyways why do you have against n00bs?
Fred Fredrickson posted that he MIGHT look out for n00b calling.
[EDIT]
Dude, wait a few days. It takes time until they are on. Or until they might see this post.

Seriously, how are you old enough to be allowed on the internet?

This topic is retarded, you can't create anything worthwhile in just a day, other than a tiny minigame.
Indeed. And even then its probobly nothing better than a crappy copy of Catch the Clown.
Also, JamesSanchez, you make a game in a day. Then look at the games we 'n00bs' have made in a few weeks/months. Well, which ones are better? Your the one who said that you could make a better game than we could in 'our entire lives'. So prove it.

Fine I'll show you up.
I have about 6 hours.
Edit:
I'll have to start a bit late. I'm sure you can look after yourself while I'm gone. I need to attend to the outside world.

If you want to hold a contest, I suggest you create a clear guideline for what you expect of a friendly competition. Inflammatory comments, including insults and calling people out, do not help to further the community in any way.

You do realize, of course, that this is a learning community, don't you? People typically come here when taking their first steps into any sort of game creation endeavors. The people that have a strong grasp on the game design process wouldn't even dream of considering their design documents finished after only 24 hours.

This person is talking more sense than most people that have replied.
24 hours is enough time to make a game but it isn't enough time to make a great game. You'd have to have a pre-made game design document and a selection of pre-made engines. And really what is the point in making a a half-assed game just to stroke the particpants ego, you should be aiming to accomplish great things not medicore things. Now I don't know why these people "doubted" you or even what they "doubted" you about but I'd say if this is the way you respond to sceptism you likely won't be able to achieve whatever they are doubting you about. If you were to handle the situation a tad more maturely you'd have taken the sceptism and achieved whatever it is that these people doubted you could achieve.
