This System Drawing a circle minimap on the screen.
All the inatances are drawn by their radius circle ratio - they can be little transparent! if they are outside of the unseen (radius * percent%)
(percent > 100%) - they will be completely transparent!

In addition , you can add / remove any instance from the room ( and from the array), draw/undraw the debuger information and create a mouse object!

This would be an amazing tool to use, however, your code contains no documentation. From an outsider that has no idea how to create a mini-map, your code looks like complete giberish. At the point it is at, this tutorial is completely useless to the average GM user. That being said, the mini-map looks great and functions very well, however, I have no idea how the code works or how to modify it to suit my needs. Add lots of comments into your code and this tutorial would be awesome! Looking forward to understanding your code and having an mini-map of my own. Best of luck!

Indeed, I have not written documentation, I wanted to see what you think about the system, and now when I see it is interesting, I'll write for documentation, and turn it easier, in addition, I will add more functions to facilitate the creation of a custom mini-map
