If it is to be renamed, it should probably be called something like "Super special awesome funtime making machine."
You know, having the elements of Game Making lore, and a reference to knitting.

So, what would that be descriptive of, Fred? I'm afraid that with GM being a tool, that wouldn't make much sense. :P

This must be a competitor hoping to steal the gamemaker name. (I refuse to believe YoYoGames would want to change their name)

This must be one of the worst suggested improvements thusfar. For reasons stated above changing the name would be very counter-productive to increase the number of users and sales.

Although I would like to see another GM version that will compile for all platforms and be more code oriented Game Maker should definitely NOT change its name.
