Hello I am currently making a game called The void over.
It is a top down space fighting game. One of its features is the ability to customize your ship.

Here is a little about the game
Feel free to skip this if you wish

The player will be able to interchange four different parts:
The part the player will buy will affect the performance of the ship.

The base:
Attributes:
Weight ~ the lighter the faster the acceleration / top speed of the ship.
Aerodynamics ~ the better the faster the acceleration / top speed of the ship.
Strength ~ the stronger the less damage will be taken off when hit by an enemy ship.

The Wings:
Attributes:
Weight ~ the lighter the faster the acceleration / top speed of the ship.
Aerodynamics ~ the better the faster the acceleration / top speed of the ship.
Strength ~ the stronger the less damage will be taken off when hit by an enemy ship.
Control ~ the better, the easier it is to turn.

The Thruster:
Attributes:
Weight ~ the lighter the faster the acceleration / top speed of the ship.
Aerodynamics ~ the better the faster the acceleration / top speed of the ship.
Strength ~ the stronger the less damage will be taken off when hit by an enemy ship.
Power~ the greater, the faster the top speed of the ship.
Tank Size ~ the larger the longer you can fly without need of a fuel top-up. (larger tank slows the ship)

The Weapons:
Attributes:
Weight ~ the lighter the faster the acceleration / top speed of the ship.
Aerodynamics ~ the better the faster the acceleration / top speed of the ship.
Strength ~ the stronger the less damage will be taken off when hit by an enemy ship.
Damage ~ the larger the more damage will be taken off your enemy.
Reload Speed ~ the quicker the more rapid the fire of the weapon.
Max ammo ~ the most amount of ammo that can be held at one time.



So here is what I need from you.

All sprites top down, And outlines only (add detail if needed)

The Base ≈ 18:32px
The Wings ≈ To fit to the base
The Thruster ≈ To fit to the base
The Weapon(s) ≈ To fit to the base
(multiple weapons should be able to be added)

I need each part to fit onto every other part if that is possible, I can make some edits if there is a problem.
I want the base to be around 18:32px but that can be extended within reason.
All the other parts should be sized around the base.

I don't need any colour or shading on the sprites, as i will do that myself to ensure the style is constant.
But please add detail where required.

I hope you can show your creative side and make a interesting design.


Unfortunately like most people on the GMC, I can't offer money but I can offer a place in the credit system.

1-10) Thanks to : "Your name"
11-20) All before + Ship designer : "Your name"
21-30) All before + Chief Ship designer : "Your name"
31-40) All before + Graphic artist : "Your name"
41-50) All before + Chief Graphic artist : "Your name"
51-60) All before + Small advert in the game or Small character in the game (you choose goodie / baddie)
61-70) All before + Large advert in the game or Large character in the game (you choose goodie / baddie)
71-80) All before + Anything in the game (within reason)
81+) All before + We will talk

You will be awarded.
5 points for a part of a ship (ie. base, wing...)
3 points for coming up with the attributes for your part (all attributes should be out of 10)
1 point for a minor edit of someone else's sprite

Aerodynamics don't count for anything in space, only whilst your travelling through something like air or water and space is empty.

Cheers, and yep u are correct, aerodynamics only take place in a medium. and since space is a vacuum... silly thing to say.

Thats great but could you make the wings slightly bigger, you will get an extra point for a minor edit.

I edited your first set of parts slightly and coloured them:
