Oh woops, my bad. I fixed it, but since I don't use GM any more (I moved to linux, so I couldn't actually use it if I wanted to) I'm going to turn it into a wiki-based thing, in case some kind, thoughtful, intelligent soul comes along and would like to expand upon (or clean it up, or whatever) the tutorial. Or maybe I'm just being lazy. Give me a week, and I'll have it back online. I'm aiming for tomorrow, nine o'clock, but you know, I never meet my deadlines.

Oh, and I fixed the link-problem thing. So, yeah, it's readable again :D

Wow...Lots of stuff there. Should be in Other Tutorial Site... I'll staff it for now though

I don't mind where you put it. I can't remember if it's already there or not, it was so long ago. I think that I felt that no one looked in the Other Tutorial Sites section. Oh, hell, that link will be broken too. I'd better go and fix it ;)

EDIT: By "staff it", did you mean put it in staff choice, or did I miss something and it was always there? :D

I no longer maintain this tutorial, as I have other interests, so if anyone would like to take charge, please PM me. I could even turn it into a wiki for you, if you like.

It's working for me?
http://www.gml-tutorial.isgreat.org/contents/intro-into-gml

I'm glad there's still interest in this tutorial, it's been quite a while since I wrote it :)

If some would like, I'm happy to upload a wiki and you guys can paste over the content and edit it from there; I simply don't have the time to paste the content myself.

Or we can just paste it over to the GML reference (which I also abandoned but should still be up).

The problem is when you go to the first page of this post and click the tutorial link and then on the web page it directs you to, if you click "start learning GML" then it directs to a webpage that says the request was blocked. Also the link in your signature doesn't work ("a decent GML tutorial").

Thanks for responding though and the link you posted in your last post here is working.

Gotcha, I'll fix that if I can remember the login info :)

Edit:
Have fixed the broken link. Thanks for saying that; it's really helpful :)

Hi,

The URL doesn't work in the first post of this thread.

Can any GM user upload this tutorial to another webspace? Thanks a lot.!!
