[Nikc-Nack]

This is my first library, it doesn't make alot of sence since it doesn't focus on anything. I just wanted to learn how to make em.

Uh... Standard gamemaker features?

First impression:
- Library icons copied right from Car Designer
- ToolTips aren't really helpful
- Fog is called 'smoke'
I can't see how this could be helpful:
- Due to bad explainement could be too difficult for noobs and too useless for pros
-Only four actions?!
One bug: upscale dialog has a Relative checkbox
Sorry, I think this one is pretty pointless in its current state...
