Game Maker 6 On Linux (debian/ubuntu)

Game Maker 6 under debian/ubuntu
======================


All know that Linux is 100% free but the problem of compatibility,
Now you can run game maker 6,7 and 8 on derbian/ubuntu, (Version 6 is recommended and 100% compatible)


1 - Download and install libaudio2 package from here.
2 - Download and install libopenal1 package from here.
3 - Download and install Wine from here.
4 - Download game maker 6 from here,
Extract Gmaker61.zip and right press on the extracted EXE file and select Open with Wine,
Complete the installation.
5 - An desktop shortcut will created "Game Maker.desktop" double click.

Tested and work 100%

So Game Maker 7 and 8 should work as well? I'll be happy to test it out later. I've got Ubuntu 9.10 via dual-boot. Nice find. ^_^

Yeah, and me i have the same version (9.10) Game Maker work fine but game maker "8" not work correctly. ^_^
