I have animations for units going in all four directions and want to use those animations. When I try to have the sprite change while the unit is in motion to match the current direction, the animation doesnt play and the unit's sprite changes back to its default standing sprite every time the unit reaches a new tile.

How can I get the animations to work properly?


nevermind. I didn't notice a post that answered that question already existing. Great job with this engine.

EDIT: I just tried throwing the code in the objPathfinder draw code but when the change occurs the animation just stays on a single frame.
