I've quit because one of the team members (don't get me wrong, the other team members are some awesome people) continued to hassle and insult me and my art. That killed my motivation, and it wasn't fun anymore.

Hey guys I'm so glad to see you are re-doing the game! Its gonna be awesome
Its been a long time since I've been on this game. I'll download it as soon as I restart my computer (its getting laggy ). Have fun making ARAD 2!

EDIT: Okay, I started playing again. Its a lot easyer to get money now So now I'm just grinding, but unfortunetely I got stuck in the ground >.> Can you modify my location and get me out?

you should PM linx so that you guys can set up a time to be on at the same time because you need to be on for linx to be able to move you.

As an artist I must say those are some pretty nice sketches.

As an artist I must say those are some pretty nice sketches.

I prefer the new name. I was never a fan of "Arcane Adventures".

Same here. From the moment we started working on the new game, I tried convincing everybody to change the name. Eventually, it worked
We tried not changing it to something TOO far off ( ), so even if people liked the name, it'll be rather similar.

Well I just don't think it should be souls..

We didn't want to make a drastic change, we though "Souls" represented "Adventurers" good, so it suited the game quite fine.
Anybody who has any better idea is welcome to either PM it to me (or one of the other mods) or post it at Our Forums suggestion box.

We are tying in souls to our storyline. So it does have a meaning in the game.

Well think about it guys, we've got pretty much remake everything. The art, the engines, the design of some things like combat, while making new features too. We are getting more and more done though, so bear with us and keep track of what we're getting done on the blog. Anything you guys would like to see in ArSo (ArAd2) could be suggested on the forums or on the blog.

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to tell you that there's a small update!

Anyways, theres a small update (v190) with:

A brand new battle arena, it can be accesed from near the teleport of barrenlands cathedral. (note for gamemasters "/teleport arena2")
A racetrack, only accessable with admin commands. Now the races can be held easily.
Couple new cool event items, you'll see what they are in-game.

You should add a suicide button in options, I got stuck in the floor and I seen that a few others have too.

I know this bug. It happens very seldom and was often solved by a moderator that teleported you off the ground. I will add a suicide command to solve this problem. Meanwhile, if you can tell me your in-game username I can unstuck you.

Yeah, sorry we haven't been updating you guys. With school starting we've all gotten a lot busier (A LOT). There are some major changes though, and hopefully we'll have a blogpost about them soon
