I really do have fun playing this game. It's pretty polished. The only down side is people don't play that often. Or they are high levels making it now fun.

The serverlist was stored on a free webserver that was used way back when I did not pay for a server for ArAd. Now my account out there has been deleted due to the lack of visitors (basically players in the game loading the serverlist). I could fix this but I am so busy with all the army stuff right now that I really dont think I am able to do this.

And yes.. I could release the server software but the account files should still be centralized.. and I dont think I can release the account files to free distribution as they contain the user passwords (in hashed format though) but they could be used for malicious use.

Back at home for a change... Had time to fix the serverlist bug. Now the game just automatically assumes that the default server is up and uses it as the primary server. You will need to run the auto-updated to be able to play again. I am sorry, but there are no other major changes. Just a chance to play, for all the hardcore fans and the new guys who want to try out the game.

C++, and WinAPI, the updater is very primitive.. but it works... sometimes. I wouldn't brag with it

The game has been out there for a very long time.. a year or so. And due to the lack of my time to develop the game further, there are no active players out there anymore : (

Yeah this game gave me new respect for the side-scrolling layout. Was having trouble finding their forums, not sure if their site is still up. It kind of reminds me a lot of the game that TV is making, except his is top down.
