Crazy Eights is a simple yet incredibly enjoyable card game. In this game you'll be playing against the computer, which has pretty good AI. Have fun!

That's not a bad idea, I might just do that.

Wow, this was quite a good game.

Although from the screenshots it doesn't look like an extremly inviting game. It's actually an awesome game.
From my comment above you can obviously realise that the games graphics weren't top notch. Although instead of just putting x = blah and y = blah you actually made the cards move towards it's destination.. which I apreciate more then the alternative.

It took me about 3 or 4 turns to get one win. It's a pretty dificult game, but I've never played before. So I'm kinda a beginner. So yeah, the gameplay is really well coded. I can't find any flaws with it, and I'm guessing that's how the game goes?

Is a license really necessary? I know I don't have to read it, and I could easily ignore it. But it's not exactly a commercial game.

Oh, and crazy eights is a really game isn't it? Like... a real card game.
If so you can't exactly license it to you.
Besides, I only read it to say this :)

Anyway, yeah. It's a great game.
Definatly something I'm going to be playing a few times today.

Also, the options menu is a nice touch. But the game needs a little more. Maybe the function to be able to record your game or something else. Instead of just being a card game. Although you don't really have to... just a suggestion.

Great game. 9/10

Thanks for the review! Feedback is my crack cocaine. Yeah, graphics have never been my strong point hence the rather average graphics in this game. And you're right in that a license is totally unneccesary; I only added it because after studying them in Software Design and Legal Studies at school I kind of wanted to try making my own, and then putting it to use.
Crazy Eights is a "real" card game, and quite a fun one too. There are a lot of variations of it, but I decided to choose my favourite version. I am technically allowed to license this game because it isn't a copyrighted game like Uno or something, its a game like Bridge that's been around for ages and isn't owned by a company. During the development proccess, I tested this game quite frequently and found myself playing (and losing) it many more times than I needed to when I was debugging an addition I'd made to it, simply because I liked playing it so much.
