This is a game I started a long time ago, but I never decided to finish. It was started because I accidentally created an awesome effect
unfortunately The game itself isnt too great, and Im not 100% sure that it will work on all graphics cards.

Included is the source for the game, and the effect. No credit necessary, just please don't claim this work as your own

this is the coolest, and EASIEST effect with gamemaker that ive ever done. it only uses one object that can be placed anywhere and it will automatically do its job. no need to initialize any global variable, or use any resources like sprites, or backgrounds

BMP? Re-upload the screenshots please, as PNG's, BMP's take a while to load.

EDIT: Lot of potential here, similar to Geometry Wars, quick game, easy to play, congratulations.

For me, this meets the criteria:

Graphics: Suit the game.
Gameplay: Perfect..
Storyline: No need for one.

The only letdown is the menu system unfortunately. And for this, you lose a point with me.

8/10.

the menu is kinda crappy since I didnt spend much time on it, but I guess i could probably work on it a little more

update, I added a gameplay video on youtube!
now all of you who cant play this because your computer is too old, or your just too dam lazy to click the download button can now watch how the game is and give me some feedback
