Ok I see the script parameters but what is 41? is it fov?

Yes. It's the default fov (don't ask me why the default value is 41) for projections for which it's not specified.

The arguments in the 2d-to-3d conversion script are the same as in d3d_set_projection_ext without znear and zfar (the last two). In case there happens to be a problem using the script, here is an example about it.

I just use 45 for the angle in the projection_ext.

I'm happy about your support. :)

For some reason the extension codes on the second page excluded the line - ellipsoid code entirely and called the line - cone one "line - ellipsoid". Some kind of a fail that is now fixed. I also reuploaded the gmres file.
