Website Announcements Forum Rules
Here you can announce your GM-related website to the GMC community, and members may discuss the content of your site.
Posting Guidelines
- All websites must have GM-related content for download, such as GM games or examples, or have articles that relate to GM like tutorials, interviews or useful GameMaker game-design strategies. Sprites and music on their own do not qualify as GM content.
- Discussion should focus on content relevant to GM, but may include some comments about appearance and design.
- Excessive discussion dealing ONLY with appearance/design may be removed. This is NOT a website design forum.
- Forum and chatroom announcements are NOT allowed. You may mention these as part of your GM website announcement, but you may not discuss them here.
- Registered-only sites MUST provide some GM content for non-registered visitors.
- Discussion about affiliations should be conducted by PM -- not in the topic.
- Websites which do not fit the above criteria may be discussed in the Off-topic Forum.
Topic Bumping Guidelines
- Please don't bump your topic unless you have new GM content to announce. Layout changes and new graphics are NOT reason to bump.
