QUOTE arghh this is so annoying. I agree. But the fact you're still here tells me you aren't afraid of the malware. So why keep complaining about it? I've already said the YYG admins are notified. It's Sunday night and they're probably sleeping... so just relax. There's no reason anybody will be hurt if they use common sense and good browsing practice. Just let the YYG Admins deal with it. |

It is not up to us to switch browsers. It is Yo-yo games job find out why somebody reported yo-yo games as being a malicious and fix the matter and not leave it up to teenage Mods.
Sorry KCLC. I know you are here and have to keep order and I know it is Sunday. |

I know you are here and have to keep order and I know it is Sunday. Very few of the mods here are teenagers, and I am more than sure that, given the proper board / site privileges, any member of the staff could fix the problem. I think it's time for people who have no idea what they are talking about to stop posting and let things get fixed before any more idiotic rumors get started here. |

I know you are here and have to keep order and I know it is Sunday. Please link me to ANY SINGLE POST where one of us 'incompetent' moderators told someone to switch browsers. The only advice I gave was that anyone worried about the situation should give it a few days and return later. I wouldn't suggest any particular browser, as this is the third browser I myself had to use here today. Let me just say that it is rather annoying when annoying warning pages break certain moderation tools. But anyway... Blaming YYG for an attack that could have happened at ANY popular forum is idiotic. Blaming us moderators who are trying to look after the forum despite any possible risk to ourselves, or our accounts, for not using tools we do not have, is idiotic. Referring to the mostly adult, and unpaid staff, many of which have careers, families, and/or children as 'teenage Mods', is not only idiotic, but plain rude. |

When I got the warning I clicked to see why it came up and MR know it all; it said that the site was listed to be a malicious site and If I was the web master of the site and gave instructions on how to find out why it was marked as a malicious site. I posted here so somebody could see what it said but as usual it got deleted. For once in the life of this forum yo-yo games need to take action and stop leaving it up to incompetent mods. either teens or not. I can see you know nothing else you would know the webmaster of the forum has to be the one that fixes the problem and it has nothing to do with the forum setting it has something to do with somebody reporting yo-yo games as a malicious site. |

The "webmaster?" Wow. You really have no idea what you're talking about. At all. Just stop, please, before any of your stupid remarks actually makes someone else dumber for having read them.
This isn't a problem that can be fixed by the moderating staff of the forum. So far as I know, the forum needs an update applied to it, and to my knowledge, only an administrator can do that. We are not incompetent. We all know what the problem is, and we're just waiting for the right people to come online so we can fix it. If any of us had the ability, this problem would be fixed by now. Believe it. Now, I am going to request again that you desist in posting any more rude, idiotic, and completely wrong comments here. If I see another, it's getting deleted and you're getting your warn level increased. If I see you talking about incompetent mods here again, I'm putting you on mod preview and increasing your warn level. This is completely disrespectful, and we shouldn't have to deal with this kind of asinine behavior on top of everything else. |

I take the time to read, what member's take the time to write in proper English. Call me incompetent, but I am not calling up babelfish to attempt to decipher your explanation. Yes, we saw the suggestions about switching browsers that were made. We also told members to stop making those suggestions. Then you in turn blame us for those suggestions. Another thing that I find ironic. All this started because a post of yours was deleted, correct? Well, I'd suggest using the edit button unless you want it to happen more frequently. |

This is completely disrespectful, and we shouldn't have to deal with this kind of asinine behavior on top of everything else. Again and listen this time. A warning came up and said the site has been listed as a malicious site. It gave three option. Ignore the warning. Stop it now why was this site blocked I clicked why was this site blocked A page came up with this on it Safe Browsing Diagnostic page for gmc.yoyogames.com/ What is the current listing status for gmc.yoyogames.com/? QUOTE I want Yo-yo games to take action for once on this forum instead having their incompetent Mods deal with it and when they deal with it they just delete the post. Yo-yo games need to take action and stop relying on incompetent Mods to handle stuff cause all they do is delete any post and say post about it in Yo-yo games web site. That doesn't work either so yo-yo games need to take action and stop letting incompetent Mods handle stuff they can't They need to get this fixed and stop relying on their mods to handle stuff like this. You like to make fun of moderators by calling them "teenagers"? I have seen teenagers (like myself who is 18) who can write a thoughtful post on a subject matter without having to repeat myself in every single sentence by slightly rephrasing the original sentence in my message. When you learn how to read and write at a fourth grade level, maybe you can go along preaching your wisdom. On the contrary, I suppose this is a wake up call for people who dont have good PC security measures. Just goes to prove that you can't take everything for granted. |

Nelson, to my knowledge, the site was hosting malicious software. Someone found a way to put an iframe into the site, which tried to download malicious software to your computer, depending on your setup. That's why this isn't as simple as just notifying Google that this was a mistake.
We are waiting for someone with appropriate privileges to get online and fix it. So once again, you have no idea what you're talking about, and I request that you stop trying to tell us how to fix it. |

QUOTE QUOTE This isn't a problem that can be fixed by the moderating staff of the forum My point exactly If your point was simply to point out that the the Mod's can't fix it, then why must you call them "incompetent teenagers"? You have been way out of line. You need to apologize. And not just some mumbled ungracious apology, a real one. Tears, blubbering, the whole thing. |
