WASD keys (or arrow keys) move fighter (you can move while in HUD-map mode)
Move the mouse to aim
LMB: fire weapon 1 (cannot fire while in HUD-map mode)
RMB: fire weapon 2
Construction controls: (all these controls can be used while in HUD-map mode)
Move over the structure you want to use to construct, then:
# keys (1,2,3 etc): select item for construction
(if item is not under construction) begin construction
(if building has finished construction) grab scaffold
(If player has scaffold and is able to place it) place structure
Backspace: Cancel construction
Use LMB and make a selection box to select units
Hold shift while selecting to add units to selection
Double left click on a unit to select all units of that type on-screen
RMB: order units.
use the mouse wheel (or W-S or the up-down arrow keys) to zoom
H: enable, disable highlights (can be useful in nebula battles)
Ctrl-# key: assign selected units into the specified group number
# key: Select all units assigned to that group number
M: Opens/closes HUD-map
Escape: opens pause menu (pauses the game)
Ctrl-Shift-R: Restart mission
A tutorial in Campaign mode also gives step-by-step instructions on all the required controls.
Tactical Battlezone: Combat Commander is a Top Down Shooter/Real Time Strategy Hybrid. You are an All-purpose Command Unit (ACU) in a war against the Coalition.
The Coalition have the upper hand (to put it simply, control more systems) at the start of the campaign, and it will be up to you to help turn the tide of the war.
Your ACU is used to not only command your fleet, but also take part in any battle you wish to participate in. Current version features:
- An extensive campaign with over 10 missions!
- Two skirmish maps where you battle against one or two ai opponents!
- A challenge mode where you attempt to survive as many waves of enemies as possible. How many can YOU survive.
- 9 different units to create and use to win the battle!
- 10 enemy craft to combat! (including the enemy commander)
- Fully working base construction mechanism, with 8 different types of buildings to create

Occasionally the timeline for mission 2 freezes. (This has not happened to me yet so i can't tell what is causing it)
If anyone finds any bugs please notify me so i can attempt to fix it.
I am working extensively on this game, and i will attempt to put a new version out as frequently as possible, but I need your assistance in the forms
of commenting and rating my game. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
I should also point out that this is a fairly big game, so you might need a good computer to play it.

Things implemented for next version:
Allied Dreadnought has been completed.
Damage multiplier has been added (i guess no-one commented on it so I added it)
-On this note: I also tweaked missions 5, 8 and 9, they now have less enemies that do more damage (should lead to the missions running a bit smoother)
Finally fixed the bug involving the save extension
Fixed the bug in mission 2 with the timeline freezing.
Tweaked the ai for the enemy units, should be a bit smoother when there are no stealth fighters in game
