Adventure Road

Hello, I am happy to present Adventure Road. Its a online multiplayer roleplaying game. The engine is written by me from 100% scratch.
You create a character in the game, and then just play. No email registrating, no portforwarding, no extracting from zip. Just download and play.
You begin in a tutorial map, and when you are done with it you enter the real world.
The real world is a huge 3D world, where people go on adventures. It is almost impossible to know everywhere on the map. There will always be a secret you have yet to discover.
You get stronger by gaining experience, improving different attributes to make your character unique. Battle against other players, team up on strong monsters or just take a lonely walk in the huge lands of Adventure Road.

Features:
- Working online movement.
- 500+ items
- 15 Maps; including 2 Huge fields, 2 Towns, 1 Tavern and 1 PvP Battleground.
- 900 Spawned monsters, dividided on 150 Different kinds.
- 4 unique spells on each 4 different classes. This is including Damage, Healing, Area of Effect, Teleportation and temporary enchant buffs.
- NPCs, that can sell items, be a bank and just saying stuff. There are 80+ NPCs spawned.
- Beautiful 3D graphics, day/night, sun/moon, trees, plants, bushes, rocks, mountains, valleys, lakes.
- Clans, bars, events, professions, gamling..
- Much more, you've got to believe me on this one!

Whats changed since v1.3.7?

- New improved movement, includes a preciser movement and strafing (Q and E).
- 3D monsters, including the whole "old world" and new world bosses and gods.
- 4 new spells.
- Improved map, includes new maps and upgraded old maps.
- Many new items, enchantments and item features.
- Further upgraded professions.
- Massive bug fixes and adjustments.
- Lots of polish.

In order to make no confusion and impersonating, I have made a list of who is gamemaster.
You can see if they are a GameMaster by they having <Cop>, <GM> or <Creator> in front of their name.
People who are high level and such are NOT GameMasters.

Game looks good but only problem is that mobs and players arent moving and mobs attacking...

thanks for the replies guys. I think the server gets buggy while my computer is in "pause screen mode", I will restart the server and make sure my computer wont go to pause screen.
edit: vista sucks, I just need a reboot

Just played it.

Fun game. The only thing was my player took control sometimes and randomly spun around, and sometimes I tried typing and it would add characters to my text... Nice game, 8/10

Hmm thx, I haven't had those bugs.
I have found out that my chat engine can be buggy, because keyboards in different contries returns different asciis, i think.

and I have also found a couple of bugs, with lots of help from dillonu;D
if I found out the bugs are client-sided, I will release v1.1 tomorrow

edit: 15 accounts registered, a smallbeginning, but even the biggest journey starts with a single step

kool Im hardcoregamer in the game. Who all playing?

Lots of people are online, the record is 7 players at one time, I even had 60/60 fps running server with 70 mobs, client full res, xfire, firefox and more. geeze you guys cannot kill it.

Sounds great, you're the highest lvl character, counting normal players only ofc (you get what I mean )

Here are the list of bugs that I found, and I do my best to fix them tomorrow:
- The Sharp shop vendor is bugged, he sells wrong weapons, this is easy to fix.
- some times you get an error with current_time division by 0, just needs a little "if something=0 exit"
- when you respawn, your health keeps being 0 for the other players.
- when you relog, you always end up in the first map, and walks buggy because you are in another map on the server. This is a critical bug, so when you log out, please go to the first map.
- there is a strange instance_create bug.
- if you die while a monster has a "nuke" in the air, the server keeps popping an error message.

I think that was it, most of them are easy to fix, and most of them came by the quick polish I did today.
Please live with them until I get them fixed.

exactly. Actually I made the über priest and pwnd ur asses, because I had some of the best gear inside my cape^_^

Meanwhile level 2 Trolls were regenerating health when I hit them so I couldn't lgain experience and am stuck at level 2

You were dead if they regenerated hp during battle...
why? How can I tell?
Because the server holds the official hp and sends the info every 4 seconds I believe
So the server thinks your dead...
The only way to fix as far as i know is either relog or get healed by a priest

Yeah for some reason I was always dead. I spent 2/3's of my total playtime running around dead =/ What do I look like when dead(if anything at all)?
