The 1st gm game I played was a mario clone of super mario world snes. What was the 1st gm game you ever played?
QUOTE I believe you all have made a mistake. I mean gm games that were played prior to your knowledge of gm. Games when you open them you see the gm default loader or games when you play them and press F1 you get the game information thing. Before you ever knew what gm was did you ever play one of those games? Hopefully you all understand now. This post has been edited by hardcoregamer: Jun 10 2008, 01:20 AM |

Probably the engine of the tank game my brother started making when he discovered GM
The first game I remember having played (the first really good game I have played) is Bacteria 2 (by Simon Donkers). |

Mr. Chubigan's Ore no. Ryomi 2, FTW!
That got me hooked. My friends and I could not believe that one person could make such a fun and unique game. (even though I think it was cloned!) I played that for hours. |

I love how people who joined a week ago say a game that came out two weeks ago.
That just cracks me up. Oh, and I think it was GM's Pac-Man. or the platformer example. After colliding with the dinosaurs or falling on spikes and hearing "Ow!" will stay in my mind for a long time... Game Maker will be forever remembered by me as the software with the "Ow!" sound... It was definitely pacman. Or one of those old examples that gm used to have (around 4.x). |

Mine was a game called Cave Dude by a company called War Auntie entertainment. I realized it was a GM game when I started using GM and saw the loading bar.

Doomed, many years ago.
It wasn't until last week that I knew it was a GM game. |
