Ok...bumping after 2 hours?

Read the rules on bumping...

As for the game, I'll try to play it but my computer probably won't be able to handle it.

This is a very nice game. I can tell you put a lot of effort in this.

The graphics are very nice, you managed to make the 3d prerendered sprites fit with the 2d graphics and thats not easy to do, u got the style you aimed for.

The gameplay felt a bit slow, there were no bugs at all as far as i played, its just that It felt more hardcore puzzle game than a casual one, maybe if you would speed up the character movement a bit, I don't know.

Music was also giving a more serious feeling to the game, same with the sound. Its not bad of course lots of people would like it that way,but I'm not one of them :( .

Also i just reflex skipped the story cause its an appearing dialog, (dunno why I just pressed enter cause im used to do it in most games) You may want to split the story in a few short pieces and not let the player skip it easy. Cause making the player know the storyline of your game, will make him like it more and try to find out whats gonna happen next, but also adding to much at the beginning will make him skip it completely, thats what most people do.

The filesize is very big, i'm 90% sure thats the main reason people don't try your game. You should definitely reduce it. Try to convert all your images to 8bit paletted ones, if you play with the dithering a bit most of them dont look different at all, and the size is a lot smaller. try to make it under 5megabytes that seems to be the point where people consider a game too big.

Overall its a very cool game, I liked it, and im not a fan of puzzles, that means I liked it for just the quality of the game, im sure puzzle fans will like it even more.

I suggest people to play this game, its really worth it.

8/10 from me, because im not a big Puzzle fan, but u got 8 points juts for the quality of the game.

Keep up the great work!

The graphics were amazing but the gameplay wasn't good at all. Way too slow.

I have rose up a bit the running speed, but I cant more than this, because this is a puzzle game and if the speed changes too much some of the levels may become to easy.

About the sprites, I don't really know what too do more than this.
The game is so big because it has almost 4 complete sets of tiles.
My mistake was that I used really big sprites in the menu and some other places. This happened because as I said, its first time when I complete a game and release it, so I didn't had the experience at the beginning. Anyway, I will keep that in mind. While I was making the game, my goal was not to pass 10mb.
I am really impressed that you've been able to pack those nice sprites and sounds in only 1.5 - 2 mb. (the rest is the compiler, right?)

I don't really think that is too big, considering the quality. I don't know what you prefer, but I rather download a 10+ Mb game with amazing graphics and sounds then a crappy quality one.

Very nicely polished game, you had me playing up until the second pyramid, which is longer than I play most GM games.

One thing is that I couldn't exit out of the game from both the character-select-screen and the menu with your stats.

Otherwise, this is a very nice game. :]

From the Profile Room you can't exit, only choose a profile. From menu(where are the stats too) just press LEFT and RIGHT to rotate the pyramid, on one of its faces is EXIT :(

Nicely done, it's a shame it has recieved so little replies so far, they would be very supportive I'm sure! I liked it, the graphics were very good, the story was good albeit basic and the music, for the main menu especially, was great. Decent all round. 8.5/10. Perhaps some more enemies though as mentioned above.

Thanks for the replies. I almost believed that I worked on this game in vain, but I must say that I have learned a lot of this by doing it, especially that this is my first game released on the internet.

Thanks again and I would like to know what where the bad things in the game too.

Peace,
NickoTyn
