Yes, the design is very simple. But it's functional. Some people like minimalism. ^_^

I'd suggest adding more description to your game page. You have a title and screenie. Users might also like a short summary and a few words about the game play.

yes i wana keep it simple, this way i can focus on the content.

i will add a description to the games.

This website will mostly offer graphics. I might add tutorials for drawing and examples for gameplay.

I can't really suggest much. Just some nice css / layout and maybe make the "stars" a bit more eye pleasing.

I tend to agree with KC LC above. Content aside, there's a simple basic approach to this I really kind of like.

I would, however, lose the serif font, Times New Roman. Most pages on the web use sans-serif fonts like Arial or Helvetica. They read much better on screen. Serif fonts are better for printed media.

You have the character "|" between your links - is that intentional? It looks like an error. Also, stick with upper or lower case for your link text. Having five isn't really enough to introduce a pattern as you do, and it just looks sloppy.

Which 'justification' are you going with, centred or left? You have both on various pages which throws the visitors' eyes all over the place when they navigate. Pick one. Stick with it.

You have a definite theme going on here, so well done. Most people miss that. You just need to implement it a little better, justification, common font sizes etc.

All in all, I would say that this design has definite promise. But remember, it's all for nothing without (relevant) content.

Will look forward to updates.

alright here are some improvements.
the font is arial
no more "|" in between links.
all uppercase lettering.
all justifacation is centered.

thanx for advice. is there anything else that needs to be changed, or improved before i start adding more content.

There's definitely a rough scraggy approach to this website that I really like. It's kind of so awful, it works!

To be honest, I could go on for ages about tweaks you could incorporate here and there. But it's your website and your design. I don't want to say use Arial for the main text if Times is what you're after, or get rid of the <hr />(s) if that's the effect you want. It's your website. I don't want to sway you from what you had in mind.

However, on a mechanical note.....

If that's your code behind the website, you need some DOC TYPE and <HTML><HEAD><TITLE> and <BODY> tags in there to make it more browser and search engine friendly. The W3C will tell you why. Also, give some dimensions to your graphics width="700", height="100" etc, and change the ALT tags that ImageShack have imposed (if possible).

Good luck, Sir.
