edit: aww the new one doesn't work. I'll just use 3.0 then :GM074: 3.2 has a little glitch that affects the game a lot.

OK so i cant find a work around just yet to fix the Jumping issues in 3.2 so i'm keeping with v3.0 that has a less annoying bug where u jump SO HIGH some times when u hit solids while jumping.

the only other problem i had with this lib was that I could not make my Player Move with the Platforms

I could jump on it and stay on it but he would not follow them I had to manually move him with them also when I hit the platform they bounce off me and the Vertical platforms did not want to bounce on solids but i think this was a user error on my part actually i think most of what i said was as well if someone has gotten it to work 100% minus the obvious bugs then let me know thx.

and yes i have Sent a PM to the Creator of this lib with no response for 2 weeks or so now
I offered to try and fix them and then release it again as a new version with credits to him or he could post it but i have yet to get a response.

u know version 3.0 has a bug as well its less annoying tho it mainly effects how collisions when u jump and hit a solid or collide with a solid when jumping but it really only happens if your solids (GROUND) objects are placed in your levels sloppy. i did run in to it a couple times and it just makes u Jump WAY to high and even go through solids.

3.0 worked fine for me except once when instead of making a different sprite for the ground(it was a block) I just held alt-shift-left click and at made a hill. When i walked and jumped on the hill (not holding run button) I went higher than I should. But when I did the same exact thing in the same room at the same part i jumped normally. I don't know how this happened.

i dont get the point. whats sooooo great about a platform lib????



IT Saves about 30 mins of code time on movement and gravity and Sprite changes as well as jump through things

I got a problem. If the number of jumps is 2, I can double-jump, but I can't jump anymore after that. If it's more than that, I can jump and jump and jump. If I make it just 1, I can jump once throughout the whole level. Could you maybe add "If Jumps" and "Set Jumps"? Then, I could make something like...

I have something like that in my drag and drop of another game, but reversed. Everytime you jump it sets the value CanJump up 1, and every colission with floor it will reset to 0. the whole jumping code is in a block with the if statment: If CanJump is less than 2. And... it works.
