EDIT October 30th: Ive decided to release what I got because there is no way I can update it anymore Ive got work and school and Im rarely on maybe someone else will release the finished gmk who knows, if I ever can update it I will try.

Description:
This is a Guitar Hero engine that i thought i would make it shows how to make a guitar hero game easily its easy to make songs and everything it has the points the multiplier and even the rock meter they all work except the multiplier it will work soon tho i just didn\'t have much more time because im leaving soon but i really wanted to share this with you guys

Oh ya i didn\'t get to comment it much because lack of time im leaving soon and i wanted you guys to try it before i did but ill comment it later

Controls:
F1 = green fret
F2 = red fret
F3 = yellow fret
f4 = blue fret
f5 = orange fret
enter = strum

Coming soon:
-Im going to add star power *IN PROGRESS*
-Im going to fix the multiplier *FINISHED*
-Im going to add long notes *IN PROGRESS*
-I may add hammer\'ons and pull offs *NOT STARTED*
-Guitar hero controller compatibility *possible?*
-I may make a song editor to make the songs easier to make *cannot start until both star power and long notes are done*

Thats not something you can just add.The user needs to get a PS2-USB adapter and go and buy a PS2 Guitar.This would work with any console controller as long as you can get it to become a usb game controller.Then just use the joystick features(Not sure if this would work but if its a game controller it should).

Im going to make it so you have a choice you can either use the keyboard or you can use the guitar wich ever you want.

this example isn't that great. there are no sounds, and the notes are completely glitched up. the only good thing out of those two is somewhat the graphics, no-offence. I know it is just a beta. so keep on working on it.

i will be adding music soon and im not quite sure why the some of the notes wont delete if you hit them but ill add the music and fix those notes as soon as i can

edit: oh you probably should edit your post instead of double posting like that but im not a mod so idk

i like it, just needs more polish. the particles that appear when you hit a note need to be in more places than just the top left corner of the fret, and you really, really need to have a better system that just placing them in the room =P

Why don't you accually put that song into the game? Guitar Hero's nothing without a song.

Yes i agree the particles can be eaisly fixed lol easily and going to make a song creator thing to make songs easier to put in your game and stuff

to smegamario: like i said im going to add a song and i agree with you to Guitar hero is definitely nothing at all without the music


lol oh and the reason why the notes wernt destroying themselfs was because i had it in the wrong event lol buts its fixed in the next version

oh and guys if anyone knows were i can get some sound effects for this like squeeking of the notes and stuff that would be great

EDIT: well for people who want to see what ive been up to ive made some new graphics for the upcomming update

notice i added a sixth purple fret to make the game even harder
