Yes, but you'll have to look at the drawing script and make some changes.
I think I commented a lot of it, though.

I've noticed a bug when selecting an item using the mouse. When there are separtors before the item, the mouse area is not right; the separators are not calculated with the target item's offset (total of previous items). Eg, with two separators, the previous item is selected, not the one under mouse. The bug is in the script which checks for mouse area (probably).

Kind regards,
Chris.

This is great! How do you change the menu title text size though?

If you want to change the size of any text, you just do so in the font editor. Not sure if title-size is a built-in variable though - but you have the source, so anything is possible.

Using this script in my game, very cool.

I have a problem with the menu text though:

How do I make it crispy looking like the screenshot in the first page?

It seems you are using a very small font. Make the font size bigger (in GM's font-editor).

Nice Menu. Congrats!
Although I think that at making of such comlicated menus (and not comlicated ones too) is much more subservient to make it with multiple objects (separate for controller, main buttons, checkboxes etc.).
Maintaining a menu with only one object is complicated, and adding some extra functions can cause lot of problems.

Anyway, nice menu. :)

Hi Mordi,

Which script do I modify to disable the animation when switching between menus? Where in the script do I disable the animation of the font when it is selected in a menu?

I tried setting the sc_menu_add() arg3 to false (Animated Background) but nothing seems to happen.

Thanks

You could try changing the speed at which the menu goes to a large number and set the friction of the animation to 1. I believe you can do this in the script that sets all the different variables and whatnot. It's been a while, so I'm not sure. :)

This is very cool! I added a bunch of new menus and customization options involving colors and backgrounds! But I have one question: How do I make so that the keyboard is disabled and the mouse enabled?
