It sucks that the game gets hackers. But I understand that they can be pretty annoying. I am also making an online game, but I do not destrubt it in anyway until it is complete. And I will take the warning that hackers will be around, and that I should protect that. Anyway, on-topic time. I have been downloading online games all the time, and so far only two have worked out well.. now since BlaXun turned off the server on Slime Online only one has worked out well. I guess that wasn't on-topic.. but this game's graphics from the screenshot look kinda weird. And just from the screenshot, I think this game will be a lot like the only game I can do much with... Stick Online. lol

I would love to play it, so basicly I am joining the loads of people already nagging at you because the server is down. I guess I'll check back later about it.

Well it's been up a lot recently. pretty much all of yesterday and today. At the moment I'm not accpeting anyone as a mod but thanks for the offers guys, hehe.

Yay, server is up.
The game looks good.. can't wait to get skills like the ones I seen....
I also hear music stole from RPG Maker. What's new? lol
Graphics are okay, but it really needs inventory. I see too many people that look like me.. well no one can make fun of what you are wearing.. that is a good thing.
6/10 so far.


(And Elokeb, your sig is really big.. I think you should decrease it's size a bit... before a mod does.)

Oh, and before I forget. My jump level thingy was -4000 something.. it's not suppose to be negative, is it?

The experience to level thing was that negative because you
needed to use your level up points. Click on the square in
the top right to level up.

Even with a dynamic IP it will keep the same adress for online games....

Well I was trying to set up a static IP, but I need to contact my internet provider and get some info from them. I tried doing it myself but it wasn't working out too well.

What do you mean by DNS service? How can I keep the same address even when my IP is dynamic?

Something like http://www.no-ip.com/ or Hamachi.
Hamachi would require people to download a program
though. http://www.no-ip.com/ would work, I think.

I had the same problem.
But, my proveider wont allow static IPs with the service I use .
A static IP will cost much more because people have the ability to host a server or something.

Well, try no-ip.com
Sign up on their service (its free)
and give them your dynamic IP, they will then return you a adres...like www.nightfall.no-ip.com

On your router setup you will have to configure the no.ip service and then, when u use www.nighfall.no-ip as IP for the game to connect you will always have the right IP for players to connect to ^^
Thats how I do it with my dynamic ip =)

I suggest no-ip.com, it is really easy. Just sign up, create a sub-domain, and then run the program when ever you run the server, it also minimizes into your toolbar. Then it's just hostip(address). I am also creating an online game, and I have a dynamic IP, and this seems to work just fine.
