I'm currently putting together a chess game in GameMaker 7.0 . I'm working hard on it at the moment and it's working pretty well so far.

I need a board background that is 400x400 Pixels (as PNG pref, any resoloution).

The board should consist of an 8 by 8 grid at 50 pixels for each cell. Padding between cells can be upto 8 pixels.

You can be creative as you like with your designs and credit will be given. Would like some marble / animal skin / psychedelic / layouts.

Peices should be no greater than 45 by 45 pixels and with a single colour background. Center pixel MUST BE black or white (the peice colour).

Like the board and the pieces, thanks all.

Im adding the sprites as new subimages so at the click of a button the board or peices can be changed to a different index.

Thanks. Anyone fancy doing some checker pieces case I add that to the game?
