In that image you see a "guy" a table and a barrel and 4 regions near them with numbers.
the idea of this is(in my game) when i click, for example on region 4 the guy must move from region 1 to 4 but passing throught region 3 in 2 points depending on the origin (if not it may collide with the table) , that is simple
but inside region 3 there's a barrel with 4 more regions and should do the same
go throught region 5 then region 8 then region 7 and finally reach to region 4
this is to evade to collide with those objects
anyways this is a simple case and we may use 10 or more regions on a map
how can i make that possible
do you understand the idea?
sorry for the bad image, i made it quickly on paint
thanks in advance

If you don't necessarily have to use these regions for something else, may I suggest using GM's motion planning functions? They are simple, yet effective and your character won't run into collisions if set correctly. Look for them in the manual, GML->Gameplay->Motion Planning

I'm making the game with Chapix2 and I have tried using MP, tried every way except the grid way, it seems diffcult and I couldn't make it to work well. Can anybody help me with this? Maybe an example?

I want to try the grid way because I know that is going to work like we want it to.
