This is a game where you look after the Tw@ICC8IOR, nicknamed Twaz. You must feed him and keep him healthy, or the bond between you and him will drop, and he will start stealing your money. A good way of keeping the bond high is by playing with him, you can play a game of Tug of War, pet him, and even Launch Nuclear Warheads into the ocean where the game is set. Once you have bought the Washing Machine or the Oven, you can wash and cook food, and it will have a different effect on Twaz. Remember that Twaz will refuse food if he isn't hungry. Click the green and black striped coins when they appear to get more money. Press F1 for help.
News: The Source code is now available!

Nice game, everything fits nicely together. The graphics are fun, I like to see the virtual pet moving, though it doesn't have a lot of animations. I don't like however, that you can't play with him or something, you can only feed him. The sounds become annoying after you've heard them about 5 times. Overall: This game has potention, but it should have more variation.
6/10. |

UPDATE
version 1.1 has been released! I have fixed a bug and started adding a Play menu. Download from the first post, or here. EDIT: Here's a short Nuclear warhead Tutorial. Nuclear Warheads will increase the bond between you and Twaz, but will also increase the radiation in the water. Radiation has different effects. The more of it there is, the faster Twaz's health will decrease because of it, but, radiation affects coins, and can increase their value by up to $190. Cleaning the water is unneccessary, as the radiation is cleared when you close the game, but it is a way of showing Twaz you care. Note: v1.1 is no longer supported. The link will take you to version 2.3. This post has been edited by AKH: Apr 11 2007, 06:42 PM |

UPDATE (again)
OK. Now I've made quite a few improvements since yesterday's version 1.1, Here's a change log: version 1.2: fixed a bug with the numbers of fish and rats when re-opening the game, added a Smile animation. version 2.0: Added the Sounds menu. version 2.1: Added the Tug of War feature. version 2.2: Changed the Sounds menu to the Options Menu, added some "stay on top" options. version 2.3: Added "Pet" feature (can't believe I forgot it), fixed a Nuclear Warhead bug, added Black Warheads, some other minor changes. to play Tug of War, select the option from the Play menu and use the down arrow key. And Now, without further ado, I give you, Twaz version 2.3.0.0. Download from the first post, or here. Alternatively, click here for the Vista-Compatible version 2.3.0.1. ...And now, something I should've done a long time ago... You can press F1 for help. Please post feedback because this is the first GM Game I'm working on after I've released it. And I can't make improvements if I've got none to make. |

Hey, this is very good. I didn't think this will be that good. You should add more options and features, that would be more exciting.
I dont know almost anything bout 3D, so i was surprised when i saw that you can click on 3D objects. sounds : 9/10 music ? gfx : 10/10 overall : 9.1/10 |

It really does look like its a 3D game, the animations and movements flow into each other seamlessly. Good job!

I didn't really think about whether or not it made sense, because it's a game, so it doesn't really have to, and by the way, an oven and a stove are pretty much the same thing. It is an oven and a washing machine. I also realise that washing food in a washing machine is unneccessary when it is underwater, and would probably make the food unsafe to eat in real life. But fishrat type creatures that enjoy nuclear explosions don't exist in real life! |

Wow, this is pretty good, except better MIDI instruments could have made the money sound not so hard on the ears.
As for the fake 3D, good job! I was wondering how 3D could possibly be available to users of GM7 Lite. (I saw the "made with GM" message) |

Haha, this is a fun little game. You should add many, many more options to keep people interested for longer periods of time.
I'll be looking forward to future versions. |

Sorry, but I've decided that this will be the final version. I haven't worked on the Game in ages, and I have 2 other projects that I'm working on right now, but I'm used to having just one.
If you want, I'll give you the source (which will be .gm6). Reply if you do and I'll make it available in this topic, but I won't give it away if no one wants it. |
