Here's a cool little thing I whipped up last weekend. I made it for the reincarnation of TOPDOWN, and it works almost as well as can be hoped.

This nifty little script grabs all of the subfolders within a folder, and then all of the files within each subfolder.

The reason I said it works almost as well as can be hoped is because it doesn't scan subfolders three levels deep, which is, unfortunately, how most people store their music (using Windows Media Player; it goes Artist>Album>Songfile.mp3).

The terms of use are that you give me (Adam "takua108" Rezich) credit for the script if you do use it in a game. And also send me the download link; I'd like to see it in action.

But enough rambling, here's the download link: http://64digits.com/...&refer=takua108

Nice scripting. But for searching all subfolders you need one more "FOR" loop. :(. And can you add summary at the end like ---> how many files and folders found? IF you add this your script rools. :P
BTW, I like it very much.

Thanks! I don't think I can easily because you can only have 2D arrays. And the newest version I'm working on has summary variables, but that's not too hard.
