Very nice but the thing that bothers me the most is that when you press space and turn left, it won't trun, only for right key action.

My car seems to turn smoothly wen it goes to the right, but turns more violently to the left... (iv chekd the turning speeds and they r the same)

You should make it so you can let a character enter the vehicle and he/she can drive it.

For now I suggest:

1. Improve the handbrake. I think it should not stop so dramatically. You should add some kind of friction to improve the way to apply the handbrake.
2. A compass would be nice
3. An option to change the car, I mean switch the car from one model to another (just an idea)
4. A key for horn (just an idea)
5. Directional lights (this will help me in my project)
6. Fuel meter would be VERY nice

For a fuel meter you could use a variable and a drawn bar, and when the fuel is zero, it won't drive anymore
change car = change sprite
for a horn just download a sound
