There is already a program like this called Emote Maker, and it's extremely good. But I won't say anything yet, it's downloading now. I'll edit when I've tried it.

[Edit] I have to say, that was pretty bad. When you drag one thing and you drag it over something else, It picks the other thing up. And there is not much variety to chose from.

It's also poorly laid out. Everything is just put down on to the page.

Pretty much everything eagleclaw said...
My 'smiley' turned out to be a glob of all the features
Try something like this to stop things from 'sticking':
//Smiley object//
//Left Mouse Pressed//
mouse_clicked=1
//(End) Step//
if mouse_clicked=1
{
x=mouse_x
y=mouse_y
}
//Left Mouse Released//
mouse_clicked=0

I saw the Emoticon Maker that is assome. Does any body know how i could make it so you can change the color of the base of the smiley, with a multiple color chart.

Okay, I tried the smiley editor, and yes... I agree with about 80% of what EagleClaw had to say.
Honestly, I think you should continue to work on it (I like that I don't have to register, so I can use this one :GM5: ).
As for a rating, I'd say a good 3/10! Although, it did have some cool gestures. ;)
