I have one bug to report. I'm not sure about since it only happened once while I was playing. When I was in the "escape before the jetski blows up" sequence, I died the first time(of course).
Anyway, after the explosion appeared I got an error message that said something along the lines of "Unknown variable x" and "Unknown variable y" constantly. Maybe it was in the step event of something? I'll go back and look at the specific error message again. |

The best way to get through that part is to have coffee in your flask, and use it when your health is in red, trust me, it helps.

Hmmm, it looks great. I'm downloading it right now. 20MBs?! Wow, did you use a compressor like .gif? And by the way, did you do the graphics, or did someone else? If you did do them, what graphics program did you use? Wow, so many questions!

By tomorow or tuesday the walkthrough should be complete.(I have figured out how to gett bigger wallets and how to get the watch in this version) I wasn't expecting this type of walkthrough, I started doing one which was a whole lot more complete. I thought the walkthrough had to be like the ones you buy, with first a big presentation of the game, and author. Then the walkthrough itself Illustrated!, that's exactly what is needed for this awesome game. A complete walkthrough, with images, tips, and saved under a .pdf file. How about you finish typing the walkthrough itself, and someone else snaps some screenshots and then someone whips up a pdf file and voila? |

Hey, I don't know if it's just me, but this game runs REALLY slow on my computer. I have Windows XP and all, and my machine should be able to run almost any GM creation. I think the problem may be that my computer can only run up to 45 FPS for some reason, but even then, my games don't run this slow. Does the game run at 60 FPS. Because if so, I think I'd recomend to allow the user to switch between 30 and 60 FPS. I assume all you would have to do is write code that states:
if 30FPS=true then all.hspeed=*0.5 all.vspeedl=*0.5 alarm[all]*=0.5 This post has been edited by Game Guru: Jun 13 2006, 01:01 AM |

Hey, well great game.
But I noticed a glitch in level 3's Boss that makes it imposible to progress.... I know I PMed the creator, but he didn't respond... He might be busy, but I will post it here just incase he didn't look in his PM box. When you shoot the Bossbat with 'X' the game stops for a second and then boots you off the game. In the error log, this appearered... ERROR in action number 1 of Step Event for object wing_king: Error in code at line 29: if instance_exists(wing_fakebox) with wing_fakebox instance_destroy() at position 29: Unknown variable wing_fakebox So this makes it imposible to beat the bat. Can you fix this please? I would like to beat INTENT. This post has been edited by AquatisChurn: Jun 14 2006, 07:09 PM |

It's a really cool game. I voted for it in the 100th cage match.
It has solid gameplay, a fine (but not really original) story and nice sounds and graphics. But there are some things to complain about. The text in cut-scene go to fast for me, I'm a slow reader. The pop-up's or info-boxes or whatever, will not appear nicely in the middle of the screen, when I am in a large room. I can give you a screenshot of that if you like. And I think some riddles are too unlogical. It took me some time before I knew the teleporters in the first dungeon go like the candles you saw earlier, I had to read the walkthrough to know you could shoot the pillars, etc. Still a very good game and a lone genre here on the GMC. |

Even though the game is a whopping 20MB, it wasn't too demanding on my system when I played. QUOTE (Red BoriZ @ Jun 14 2006, 09:13 AM) The text in cut-scene go to fast for me, I'm a slow reader. I thought so too. I had to remember that the blue text was Kesha and green was the other guy. "Wait, who said what now?" This post has been edited by TyrantX: Jun 15 2006, 09:48 AM |

All the graphics are contained in the .exe, and yes, I made them all. I used Paint Shop Pro 6 and AnimationShop 2. In my efforts to speed up the game's framerate and trim unnecessary resources, I deleted something important. This is now fixed - sorry about that... The pop-up's or info-boxes or whatever, will not appear nicely in the middle of the screen, when I am in a large room. I can give you a screenshot of that if you like. If you hold Space (or whatever joystick/pad button you've mapped to the sword) during cutscenes, they'll pause. Conversely, holding Enter or its equivalent will run the cutscene at (I think) triple-speed. I only found one message box offset problem recently in dungeon 3. However, if there are any more, then yes, please take a screenshot or two so I can identify the problem. News All reported bugs have been fixed and uploaded in version 12.06.2006. If there are any more, which I hope I can finally be allowed to doubt, I look forward to hearing about them. Or, nothing at all, which is even better. Enjoy. |

Oh, I have another minor bug to report. In the library of the first town, one of the NPCs next to the save point actually says the same thing twice. Like this: *Talks to NPC.* "Hello!" *Hit enter* "Hello!" *Hit enter* Or maybe they were in the first building? I'll go check again. |
